  • Q. How to place an order?
  • A. To place an order, it is mandatory to have an account with iTumm.com. Once a customer account is created, a customer can search a product, add to his cart and select the payment method to place an order successfully.
  • Q. Why do you need my phone number during registration ?
  • A. Mobile phones have become mandatory for all communications. And hence, iTumm wants its customer to be updated about the frequent changes in state of his or her order. This is a mandatory field for all customers during the registration process.
  • Q. What payment methods do you accept?
  • A. iTumm payment methods are secure and robust. A customer can choose to pay for an order by electronic mediums such as Credit Cards, Debit Cards & Net Banking. If the total purchase value is less than or equal to Rs. 10,000, customer can choose to pay through Cash on Delivery.
  • Q. Can I pay Cash on Delivery?
  • A. If the total purchase value is less than Rs. 10,000, customer can choose to pay through Cash on Delivery.
  • Q. How to track the status of the order I placed?
  • A. Once a customer logs in itumm.com, he or she can track their order at My Orders section under Account menu.
  • Q. I have problems with a product I ordered, what can I do?
  • A. iTumm has a robust policy of keeping their customers interests first. In case, a customer is not pleased with the delivered product, he or she can place a return or refund request by navigating to the Orders Details page. Please refer our Return and Exchange Policies(hyperlink).
  • Q. What is your return and refund policy?
  • A. iTumm boasts of 30 day return policy from the day the product was delivered. Please refer to our Return and Exchange Policies(hyperlink). The refund policy on certain products may be different, please contact us if you are not sure about it.
  • Q. How to Return a product?
  • A. Returning a product is very simple, just submit a return request and we will arrange a Free return pick up. Please refer our Return and Exchange Policies(hyperlink).
  • Q. How to get a replacement for my order?
  • A. A customer can raise a request for Replacement for an order from the Order Details Page. Please refer our Return and Exchange Policies(hyperlink).
  • Q. Is My information safe with iTumm?
  • A. Our website is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible. We use regular Malware Scanning. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information.   • Q. What is the iTumm Guarantee?
  • A. We stand behind every product and seller on our platform and offer you a 100% satisfaction Guarantee, for some reason if you are not satisfied with the product or service, please be rest assured, we are always here to take care of you. Our products are 100% compliant with government standards and guidelines.
  • Q. Do you offer Free shipping?
  • A. Yes, we offer Free shipping and Delivery for orders over 500 Rupees.
  • Q. How are shipping costs calculated?
  • A. We offer Free Shipping on orders over 500 Rupees and charge a very nominal shipping/delivery costs for under 500. Shipping costs are calculated based on the location and state.
  • Q. After placing an order, how soon can we expect to receive the product?
  • A. In ideal cases, we aim to ship 90% of the orders on the same day and try to deliver them on the same day where available. However, iTumm has a standard delivery policy of 2-4 business days.
  • Q. If we are not happy with the product received, do you charge a return fee?
  • A. No, we will not charge a return fee or shipping charges in ideal cases. We strive hard to make sure that everything is satisfactory with the products you receive and we know that occasionally there might be issues but rest assured we are always there to help you.
  • Q. My issue is not listed in your FAQ’s, how do I contact you for further help?

  • Q. Why Sell on iTumm? How are you different from other marketplaces?
  • A. iTumm is a Brand New Marketplace in India and we are working towards creating a friendly environment that benefits both buyers and sellers. If you have been selling on one of the few available marketplaces, we are sure you might have experienced the terrible service provided to sellers. When you register as a seller, once approved you will have your own unique iTumm Storefront which will allow you to reach your own customer base without having to worry about any competition.
  • Q. How do I become a seller on iTumm?
  • A. Becoming a seller on iTumm is easy and quick. Just click on ‘Become a Seller’ link on the iTumm Header section, enter the mandatory details and submit. Soon after submitting your details, you will receive an email from our Support Team who will guide you for the next steps.
  • Q. What information do you need to start selling on iTumm?
  • A. On iTumm we want to keep things simple for you. After submitting your details, you will receive an email from our Support Team asking for some more details like your Bank Account details, GSTIN, some Company Details and a Cancelled Cheque. Do not worry, we understand your world and we would not share any of these details with any entity. Your details are safe with us!
  • Q. What are the costs for selling on iTumm?
